2024 Housing Institute

Harborlight Homes invites those serving on housing related boards, commissions, in local elected positions, or those who provide housing related supports to their Housing Institute on February 29th and March 7th from 6pm to 8pm, at El Centro – 85 Monroe Street in Lynn.
Street parking & Limited parking in the back of the building. Additional parking lots if needed, are located on Buffum St, Andrew St, or Ellis St.

The Housing Institute will comprise of two, 2-hour informative sessions with time for questions. Join them to discuss local and the state level housing landscapes, the role of policy, affordable housing development, and how to further advance affordable housing in our communities.

The Institute is great for anyone serving on a housing related board or commission in Lynn or other North Shore communities wanting to learn more about affordable housing: what it is, how it gets financed, what local and state level policies support it, the role of zoning historically and present day, and how the North Shore stacks up in meeting this ever growing need.

Join Harborlight, local staff from the City of Lynn, and other housing experts in great conversation.

Food will be provided.
