8th Annual “Proud of our Hispanic Heritage” Celebration

Latina Center Maria are inviting you to the 8th “Proud of our Hispanic Heritage” Celebration. It will take place at the Lynn Auditorium ( 3 City Hall Square) on October 24th from 4:30 – 6:30pm. The goal of this celebration is for Latino children, and youth to feel proud of their Hispanic heritage because 75% of the Lynn Public School student body are Latinos.
For the past seven years, this celebration was at Breed Middle School Lecture Hall, organized my students of the Spanish National Junior Honor Society, with the support of our Principal, Mrs. Julie Louf.
The school community of all LPS schools, Kipp Academy and St. Mary’s School are invited. There will be the Parade of flags, National Anthem, Poetry, Music and Dances of the fallowing Latin American Countries:
Bolivia

Chile 
El Salvador 
Guatemala
Honduras 
Nicaragua
Mexico 
Peru 
República Dominicana 
Venezuela
