Charles Gaeta, Executive Director of Lynn Housing Authority & Neighborhood Development (LHAND), in partnership with the City of Lynn & Mayor Jared C. Nicholson present a First Time Homebuyer Class.

Participants Must:
- Pre-register at https://lhand.org/program/home-ownership/
- Pay registration fee of $50 per individual or $75 per couple – must be purchasing a home together in order to receive discounted price
- Attend both class sessions to recieve a certificate
