Mentorship Spotlight and Recruitment Event
January 29 @ 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm EST
Through a community partnership, the Mayor’s Office will host a Mentorship Spotlight & Recruitment Event to connect residents with programs available in the City that provide youth support and mentoring, as well as recruit residents to become mentors for our community’s youth.
The organizations that will be present are the Mass Mentoring Partnership, Lynn Youth Street Outreach Advocacy (LYSOA), Roca, Boys & Girls Club, Leap for Education, LifeScene, Justice Resource Institute, and Campfire North Shore.
Who can be a mentor? Residents of any age interested in closing the mentoring gap through forming empowering relationships with our young people through guidance, influence, example, and impact.
