We focus on FUN and learning the basics using age-appropriate rackets and tennis balls to help players learn and play more quickly. DESCRIPTION:The City of Lynn\, members of the Lance Corporal Bradley Campus Memorial Scholarship Committee\, and the Lynn Veterans Council will be holding a rededication ceremony at the Richard G. Fecteau park on Wednesday\, 30 April 2025 at 1:00 p.m. If it is a rainy day on Wednesday\, 30 April 2025\, the rain date of Friday\, 2 May 2025 at 1:00 p.m. \nRichard G. Fecteau Park is located by the set of lights at Maple Street and Euclid Avenue. We will do our best to avoid any inconveniences to the neighbors of the park. There will be a Lynn Police presence before and during the rededication ceremony. The setup for the ceremony will start at 12:30 p.m. and the ceremony should end at approximately 2:00 p.m. \nWe would like to see all the citizens of Lynn at the rededication ceremony to honor a true American hero who grow up in Lynn. If you do not know his story\, the brief story is he was a prisoner of the Chinese government for 19 years. \nThe rededication ceremony is made possible through fundraisers and soliciting donations. A Gofundme campaign has been established to defray the cost of the monument and site enhancements. DESCRIPTION:A Virtual Public Informational Meeting will be hosted on the MassDOT website link below to present the design for the proposed project in Lynn along Route 107/Western Avenue. \nThe purpose of this meeting is to provide the public with the opportunity to become fully acquainted with the proposed project.  All views and comments submitted in response to the meeting will be reviewed and considered to the maximum extent possible. \nThe proposed project consists of improvements for pedestrians\, bicyclists\, and vehicle safety and operations along Route 107 (Western Avenue) in Lynn between the Federal Street roundabout and the Linton Road intersection (approximately two (2) miles). Fifteen traffic signals will be installed or upgraded as part of the Project. Besides the locations along the Western Avenue (Route 107) corridor\, the signalized location upgrades will include Boston Street at Franklin Street\, Boston Street at Washington Street\, Chestnut Street at Maple Street\, and Waitt Avenue at Eastern Avenue. Separated sidewalk-grade bicycle accommodations will be provided. \nThis meeting is accessible to people with disabilities.
