U-Haul Trucks and commercial vehicles are prohibited. The Bulk Waste Item Drop-Off Days are located at 247 Commercial Street and take place from 8am-12pm. \nAt the Bulky Waste Item Days\, you can dispose of more than just bulky waste. The DPW is partnering with Plastic Recycled to collect plastic caps and lids that will be recycled and repurposed. Plastic caps and lids can be brought to 250 Commercial Street. \nLynn’s Bulky Waste Item Days are exclusive to Lynn residents. A driver’s license or State ID is required for identification. U-Haul Trucks and commercial vehicles are prohibited. DESCRIPTION:From Energy Advocate Cameron Foley: The City of Lynn’s Energy Advocate can help you save energy\, reduce monthly energy costs\, and introduce you to Mass Save programs. They will be holding office hours on the 2nd Tuesday of the month from 9-11am & 4-6pm in the foyer of City Hall. \nPLEASE NOTE: On Tuesday March 10th the morning session will end at 10 am instead of 11 am. The evening session will still run from 4 pm to 6 pm.  \nOffice hours include: \n\nEnergy bill check-ups when you bring your National Grid bill\nSign up for No-Cost Home Energy Assessments\nRegister for residential discount rates\, budget billing\, and arrearage management program\nLearn about no-cost insulation\, no-cost weatherization\, and possible heating system upgrades\n\nLynn renters and homeowners qualify for: \nNo-Cost Insulation & Air Sealing   |  Instant Energy Saving Measures   |   Electrification & Heating System Upgrades \nCan’t make it to in-person hours?
