DESCRIPTION:From the City of Lynn Planning Department: The MBTA\, in partnership with the City of Lynn\, is advancing the redevelopment of the Lynn Garage at 325 Broad Street. This project is part of a larger plan to support equitable growth\, stronger infrastructure\, and welcoming community spaces. It aims to turn an underused site into a mixed-use\, transit-oriented development that strengthens Lynn’s role as a gateway to the North Shore. \nRedevelopment options under consideration include full rehabilitation\, partial reconstruction\, or full site redevelopment. \nBus service and parking for commuters and tenants will remain available throughout the project. \nWe aim to bring in a private development partner early in the process to leverage market expertise\, share risk\, and maximize public benefits. \nFor accommodation and/or language assistance\, please contact Ashley Armand at 857-327-3282 or publicengagement@mbta.com.
