Classroom to the Streets brings professional artists and real-world creative experiences directly into the classroom\, empowering students to explore their voices\, build confidence\, and see themselves as contributors to their communities through public art. \nThis work and the impact you will see reflected in these pieces would not be possible without the incredible partnership and leadership of Dr. Patty Klibansky from Lynn Public Schools and Nadine Desiderio from St. Mary’s. Their shared commitment to collaboration is truly at the heart of Beyond Walls and what makes this initiative so meaningful. \nBoth school systems will be participating in this colorful\, annual LPS citywide event\, and while many works are inspired by Classroom to the Streets\, there will also be a wide range of additional\, outstanding student artwork on display from Lynn Public Schools. \nThe images below are based off murals in Downtown Lynn by Bordalo II\, created by students at Sisson Elementary School.
