We know that helping older adults age independently requires strong partnerships between healthcare providers\, housing organizations\, community agencies\, families\, and dedicated caregivers. These collaborations create the foundation for healthier\, more connected communities where older adults can continue living with purpose\, dignity\, and security. \nPlease click here for more details and to purchase tickets
