DESCRIPTION:From the Shoe City Series: The last race in the series is the Stop the Violence Turkey Trot 5k. This race around Flax Pond is a great way to prepare for eating and relaxing the rest of Thanksgiving. \nRegistration information TBA \n____________________________\n\nThe Shoe City Series is a collection of four 5K races throughout the year. Each race is a different course in a different part of the city and a different time of the year. This is designed to give the participants a view of our entire city and to highlight some of its many beautiful features and areas.\n\nThe medals awarded for each of the races are meant to interlock\, creating a single big medal for those that participate in all 4. The 2026 5Ks are as follows:\n\nHibernian 5K – March 22nd\nLynn Fire & Police Family Day 5K – May 30th\nClock to The Rock 5K – Details TBA\nTurkey Trot 5K – November 26th\n\nStay up to date with the Shoe City Series by following their Facebook page.
