This weekly session offers artists of all levels the opportunity to draw from a live\, clothed or unclothed model in a relaxed\, supportive environment. Typically the meetings are two 10-15 minute guided meditations with a mid meditation check in or short talk from the founder Shri Mataji. \nSY was founded by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi in 1970 and has since spread to over 120 countries.
