Parents and caregivers come to Unitarian Universalist (UU) congregations because our communities help raise children to be kind\, respectful\, caring\, to celebrate diversity\, and be spiritually strong enough to side with love in an increasingly divisive world. DESCRIPTION:Find the calm in the storm. Learn to meditate with a practice called Sahaja Yoga (meditation only). No mat required. Typically the meetings are two 10-15 minute guided meditations with a mid meditation check in or short talk from the founder Shri Mataji. \nSY was founded by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi in 1970 and has since spread to over 120 countries.
