Support your health and well-being by joining Tai Chi or Qigong classes! \nRegister for either class anytime by clicking here\, your first class is free! \n_____________ \nTai Chi classes\nTai Chi classes are held on Tuesdays\, 9am-10am. ​This is a true beginner class that will explore Tai Chi fundamentals and theories and learn Wudang Tai Chi 28 movements. \nSome of the benefits of Tai Chi: \n•Promotes relaxation and good health\n•Improves balance and flexibility\n•Relieves stress and fatigue\n•Strengthens body and mind \n“Taiji can give you the strength of a lumberjack\, the pliability of a child\, and the peace of mind of a sage.”\n– Asian proverb \n_____________ \nQigong classes\nQigong classes are held on Tuesdays\, 10am-11am. ​Teacher-guided breathing exercises to optimize “Qi” circulation to regulate your mind and body’s movement and posture – providing a sense of joy and calm. Qigong is an old\, developing discipline that combines breathing exercises\, movement\, self-massage\, gong meditation\, and healing postures to provide a comprehensive approach to self-healing exercise and meditation. \nIs this for you? Whether you are new to Qigong or have previous experience\, you will enjoy this one-hour meditative exercise. Some of the benefits of Qigong: \n•Promotes relaxation and good health\n•Improves balance and flexibility\n•Relieves stress and fatigue\n•Strengthens body and mind \nWhat’s the difference between Qigong and Tai Chi?
