Some of the benefits of Qigong: \n•Promotes relaxation and good health\n•Improves balance and flexibility\n•Relieves stress and fatigue\n•Strengthens body and mind \nWhat’s the difference between Qigong and Tai Chi? Whether you are new to Qigong or have previous experience\, you will enjoy this one-hour meditative exercise. Some of the benefits of Qigong: \n•Promotes relaxation and good health\n•Improves balance and flexibility\n•Relieves stress and fatigue\n•Strengthens body and mind \nWhat’s the difference between Qigong and Tai Chi? Both Tai Chi and Qigong are great forms of health and healing\, but: \n•Qigong is easy to learn\, and it can be practiced at home regularly\, while Tai Chi requires memorization of movements in sequence\n•There are an infinite number of Qigong styles that suit everyone’s level\, while Tai Chi movements can be longer and more challenging\n•Qigong exercises can be practiced while sitting\, standing\, or lying down\, while Tai Chi is a continuous and moving meditation \n_____________ \nRegister for either class at https://www.uucgl.org/taichi\nPlease try out the first class for free\, and if you choose to continue\, you may pay at the next class. \nAn advance payment of $260 toward the 15-session series (approx. $17.33 per class) is encouraged as a way to show commitment and support for the teaching. We understand that circumstances vary\, so if the standard fee feels difficult\, please know that flexible arrangements can be considered. If you enroll mid-session\, fees will be prorated based on the number of classes remaining. \nFor more info visit: www.uucgl.org/taichi or email office@uucgl.org.
