Parents and caregivers come to Unitarian Universalist (UU) congregations because our communities help raise children to be kind\, respectful\, caring\, to celebrate diversity\, and be spiritually strong enough to side with love in an increasingly divisive world. DESCRIPTION:From the UUCGL:  You are invited to take a little time out of your week for restorative silence and reconnection. We will be meeting on the 2nd & 4th Sundays of each month until the spring. This is a free program and no prior experience is required. We gather in the sanctuary promptly at 5:15pm for a short lesson and orientation for newcomers\, followed by 25 minutes of guided meditation\, always ending by 6pm.
