Qigong is an old\, developing discipline that combines breathing exercises\, movement\, self-massage\, gong meditation\, and healing postures to provide a comprehensive approach to self-healing exercise and meditation. \nIs this for you? Whether you are new to Qigong or have previous experience\, you will enjoy this one-hour meditative exercise.
