DESCRIPTION:Find the calm in the storm. Learn to meditate with a practice called Sahaja Yoga (meditation only). No mat required. Typically the meetings are two 10-15 minute guided meditations with a mid meditation check in or short talk from the founder Shri Mataji. \nSY was founded by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi in 1970 and has since spread to over 120 countries.
