DESCRIPTION:From Energy Advocate Cameron Foley: The City of Lynn’s Energy Advocate can help you save energy\, reduce monthly energy costs\, and introduce you to Mass Save programs. They will be holding office hours on the 2nd Tuesday of the month from 9-11am & 4-6pm in the foyer of City Hall. \nPLEASE NOTE: On Tuesday March 10th the morning session will end at 10 am instead of 11 am. The evening session will still run from 4 pm to 6 pm.  \nOffice hours include: \n\nEnergy bill check-ups when you bring your National Grid bill\nSign up for No-Cost Home Energy Assessments\nRegister for residential discount rates\, budget billing\, and arrearage management program\nLearn about no-cost insulation\, no-cost weatherization\, and possible heating system upgrades\n\nLynn renters and homeowners qualify for: \nNo-Cost Insulation & Air Sealing   |  Instant Energy Saving Measures   |   Electrification & Heating System Upgrades \nCan’t make it to in-person hours?
