DESCRIPTION:From Gnome Surf: Gnome Surf is coming to Nahant Beach on Saturday\, June 20 from 5–8 PM for their Greater Boston Surf & Vibes Ohana Festival\, and the whole community is welcome! \nThis is a free\, fully inclusive surf therapy event for individuals of all abilities\, with a special focus on individuals who are neurodivergent\, including those with Autism\, Down Syndrome\, ADHD\, depression\, and anxiety. No experience needed\, no age limit or requirement\, everyone is welcome. The afternoon includes surf lessons\, art\, music\, movement\, and a High Five Awards Ceremony where every athlete gets a certificate and swag from event sponsors. \nIt’s more than a beach day; it’s belonging. \nClick here to register\nFor more information visit gnomesurf.org. \n

DESCRIPTION:Engage your senses to deepen your connection with nature and boost peace\, creativity\, and health. Expect sitting\, standing\, and short walks. Bring a small chair\, blanket\, or pad to sit on. \nMeet At: Nahant Beach\, on the beach in the vicinity of the south entrance booth. \nAll Programs are free and open to the public. This program is intended for adults and teens with adults. \nPlease dress for the weather.
