An introduction to Vision Lynn: A comprehensive plan for the City of Lynn (English)

The City of Lynn has created its first comprehensive plan, Vision Lynn, and released the draft version. Created in collaboration with the community, this document captures the City’s twenty-year vision for Lynn, including our shared values and goals, and will guide future development and future investments in infrastructure.
In this video the Planning Department provides an introduction ton to the plan and it’s 3 chapters: “Vision, Values and Strategies”; “Land Use and Urban Form; and Infrastructure” and “Implementation”.
