EDIC Lynn were our guests on this edition of the Lynn Lowdown. Executive Director James Cowdell joined us to discuss EDIC’s upcoming projects and the importance of small business in Lynn. EDIC Lynn is responsible for economic development for Lynn and gives out commercial loans, working hand in hand with city government to move the city forward economically. Updates were given on several projects such asThe South Harbor Development, the largest private investment in Lynn’s history, and ferry to Boston.
