City of Lynn Mask Mandate Rescinded
Based on feedback from local public health and healthcare leaders, as well as improving public health metrics in the community, the Executive Order dated December 16, 2021 requiring face coverings in the City of Lynn is hereby repealed, effective immediately.
All Lynn businesses and public spaces are free and within their rights to establish their own voluntary safety requirements for entry by customers, staff, and the public. Those entering any establishment with its own rules and standards for service should continue to follow those rules and respect the business owners, their employees, and fellow customers.
This order may change based on public health data and further guidance from the CDC.
