Office Hours | South Harbor Implementation Plan

The South Harbor Implementation Plan (SHIP) is now in draft format. This plan—which considers the area between the Saugus River and Blossom Street, railroad, and waterfront—provides a development framework, assessment of infrastructure needs, and possible next steps to bring the transformative development Lynners want to our waterfront.
