From the City of Lynn’s Energy Advocate: The City of Lynn is partnering with the Sponsors of Mass SaveĀ® to bring energy savings to all residents and small businesses as part of the Community First Partnership.
Join your neighbors and get started with a no-cost Mass Save Home Energy Assessment. You may be eligible for:
- 75-100% off approved insulation upgrades – 100% off for rental units and income-qualified households
- No-cost air sealing
- Rebates on high-efficiency heating and cooling equipment and appliances
- No-cost energy-saving products – Programmable thermostats, high-efficiency faucet aerators and showerheads
Based on you or your tenants’ income, you may be eligible for additional benefits through your Community Action Program (CAP) agency. There are also benefits for 5+ units.
