The snow parking ban for the City of Lynn will be lifted at 6:00PM.  Anyone parking in the City's snow lots must remove their vehicles by 8:00pm, Saturday, February 7th before being subject to ticketing and towing.  Towed cars are located at 389 Blossom Street (Lynn Ferry Terminal Site). The Department of Public Works (DPW) will continue snow removal operations.

2018 North Shore Veterans Appreciation Parade | Sept 16, 2018

On September 12, 2018 the North Shore Veterans Appreciation Parade was held in Lynn, MA. It went along Western Ave from Federal St. to Chestnut St., and ended at Lynn English High School. Hundreds came out to watch the parade and even more participated. There were marching bands, military vehicles, reenacts, and more. There were also veterans from various wars in the parade begin honored for their service to our country. The event was organized by the North Shore Veterans Appreciation Day Committee & Lynn Dept. of Veterans’ Services.
