City of Lynn ARPA Town Hall | March 29, 2022
The City of Lynn held a series of meetings for the public to provide input as to how American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds should be distributed. Meetings were held around the city throughout the various wards as well. Mayor Nicholson and the 4 At-Large Councilors were present for this meeting, along with presenters to explain more about the funds.
