GLSS TV | January 2024
This month on GLSS TV, we highlight the Phoenix Food Hub by stopping into one of the monthly cooking classes led by Susan Bergeron. We also get some reminders about the Winter Farmers Market taking place at the Food Hub this month on January 13th and 27th. While most of us know how important it is to stay warm in the winter, it can sometimes be a challenge! Mobility Specialist Rose MacDonald takes us through a checklist of things that can help keep us as warm as possible. And on Kelly’s Corner, we look at the ways we procrastinate, and why. Sometimes it really is okay if you’re not getting around to a project in a timely way. Give yourself the occasional break and allow your intentions to reset themselves.
