Health Coach & Fitness Trainer Christopher Gomez joined Dani to go over general nutrition guidance, exercise tips and tricks, and more. Chris touched on “finding your why” for starting and continuing your nutritional and wellness journey.
On the second edition of the Lynn Lowdown this week we welcomed on State Rep. Sean Reid to discuss legislative actions & district updates. State Rep. Sean Reid was elected last November to represent the 11th Essex District – which encompasses West Lynn and all of Nahant. During this talk Representative Reid went over his first 100 days in office, first bill filing period, important updates for his Ditrict at the state level, and more.
