This week on LCTV News we cover some of the big headlines of the past week including lead paint elimination from LHAND, new Zoning Code Draft released for Lynn, a focus on mental health in the schools, and more big news from this past week. We also show recaps of the rally for immigrant rights, Black History Month Fashion Show, and more from around the city.

On this edition of the Lowdown we were joined by the Friends of the Lynn Public Library. Riley filled in for Dani this week and was joined by President Lindsey Robert & Board Member Jennifer Bonardi from the Friends to discuss how people can become members and fundraising efforts they look to launch this year. They also discussed the annual membership meeting and 125th celebrations this spring. Membership fees and fundraising efforts will go towards maintaining the historic building the Library occupies, programs for all ages, museum discounts, and more.
