On October 5, 2024 a cleanup of the Floating Bridge Pond & Buchanan Bridge area took place. Organized by Ward 2 Councilor Obed Matul & Floating bridge Pond Association, the community was invited to clean this area of trash, trim up trees, and more to beautify the area.
