On September 13th the Guatemalan flag was raised in honor of Guatemalan Independence Day at Lynn City Hall. This is the latest in a series of flag raising ceremonies meant to honor and celebrate the cultures and nations that make up our diverse city. Members of the Guatemalan community performed traditional dances, music, and more for the community to enjoy.
