The City of Lynn held a flag parade followed by a flag raising in celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month in front of City Hall on October 17th. The parade featured Hispanic flags that representing the Hispanic/Latino diaspora in Lynn, and went from City Hall around the Common and back.
