LCTV News Interview | Catalyst Housing Project | January 10, 2025

The Catalyst Housing Project was the focus on this edition of the Lynn Lowdown. Interim Executive Director of The Haven Project Angelica Perez Baez and Director of Real Estate for Harborlight Homes Kristin Carlson joined us to discuss this collaboration between the two local organizations. This will be 23 furnished units of affordable housing for individuals with community space with an aim to open mid-year. There will also be supportive services to support these residents long-term. A lottery is currently underway, with applications open until January 15th.
