On this week’s edition of the Lynn Lowdown we welcomed in New England OCR. Ricardo “Gorilla Richy” Pasuy joined us to discuss obstacle course racing and giving back to charities. Gorilla Richy went over the origin of his nickname, competing in Spartan Races, and how this turned into being able to compete for charitable causes such as raising money for veterans.
