This week on LCTV News we cover some of the big headlines of the past week including updates from the Charter Review Committee, declining crime in Lynn, NSCC’s Early College grant, and more big news from this past week. We also show recaps of the Catalyst housing Lunch & Learn event, and more from around the city.

The Catalyst Housing Project was the focus on this edition of the Lynn Lowdown. Interim Executive Director of The Haven Project Angelica Perez Baez and Director of Real Estate for Harborlight Homes Kristin Carlson joined us to discuss this collaboration between the two local organizations. This will be 23 furnished units of affordable housing for individuals with community space with an aim to open mid-year. There will also be supportive services to support these residents long-term. A lottery is currently underway, with applications open until January 15th.
