This week on LCTV News we cover some of the big headlines of the past week including the Civil Service Test now accepting applications, Lynn Community Health Center leading the charge in healthcare, MBTA February service changes, and more big news from this past week. We also show recaps of the annual MLK Day Breakfast, and more from around the city.

Phoenix Food Hub Community grants was the topic on this Lynn Lowdown. Tina McLoughlin from Mass General Brigham and Valerie Parker Callahan from Greater Lynn Senior Services joined us to discuss grants to help fund programs addressing food insecurity. The duo also discussed how organizations can apply for these grants, as well as announcing 10 recipients for their second round of grants.
