On April 11th the City of Lynn held a flag raising ceremony in honor of Khmer New Year. Kakrona Center organized this event that featured speeches from elected officials, blessings, performances, and the raising of the Cambodian flag in front of City Hall. The community is invited to a bigger celebration, the annual Khmer New Year Festival on April 26th at Lynn Common.
