On Tuesday, June 3 the City of Lynn introduced the community to the newly formed Lynn Calm Team. The Calm Team “is an evidence-informed program rooted in harm reduction and trauma-informed principles that will provide response services to non-violent quality of life, and behavioral health issues and concerns in a compassionate, culturally relevant way”. City officials and members of the team spoke about what the team will do and how important something like the Lynn Calm Team is.
