Lower Pine Hill Neighborhood Meeting | May 19, 2026
On May 19, 2026 a meeting was held for those living in the Lower Pine Hill neighborhood. Ward 6 Councilor Fred Hogan led this meeting, which concerned the proposed 40-bed sober house at 28 Linwood Road (the former nursing home). Ward 5 Councilor Cardeliz Paez was also in attendance, as this affects both Wards 5 & 6. Councilor Hogan opened with a statement, the City of Lynn Law Department spoke, the owners of the property spoke, and community members expressed concerns and asked questions.
