Naval Technologies of the Civil War

Chuck Veit visited the GAR to talk about several unique pieces of naval technologies developeds during the Civil War, which included evidence for over 30 submarines (mostly in the South). Chuck Veit is a Naval Historian & author of several books about the Civil War, as well as the President of the Navy & Marine Living History Association.
