Press Conference: One+ Mortgage Program | November 25, 2024

The Massachusetts Housing Partnership (MHP) announced the launch of the ONE+ Mortgage Program on November 25, 2024 at LHAND. This program is designed to make homeownership more accessible for low- and moderate-income first-time homebuyers in 29 Massachusetts communities. Mayor Jared Nicholson joined Gov. Maura Healey, Housing and Livable Communities Secretary Ed Augustus, and more speakers from the MHP and state.
