This week on LCTV News we cover some of the big headlines of the past week including the announcement of a Charter Review Committee, changing trash vendors to Capital Waste, opioid deaths in Lynn down 40%, and more big news from this past week. We also show recaps of the City of Lynn’s Summer Kickoff event and more from over the last week.

On this edition of The Lynn Lowdown we welcomed on Executive Director of Raw Art Works Rosario Ubiera-Minaya. Rosario talked about the many programs and services RAW offers Lynn youth from 4th grade through the end of high school. Painting, sculpture, film school, and art therapy are all offered to allow students to express themselves.
