LCTV News | Ribbon cutting: Catalyst Housing | May 9, 2025

On May 9th The Haven Project & Harborlight Homes held a ribbon cutting for their Catalyst Housing project. This collaboration provides permanent, supportive housing for homeless young adults aged 18-24. There are 23 studio units, some of which are ADA equipped, designed for 30% of the Area Median Income, meaning those earning under $34,300 qualify. Amentiies include an on-site resident manager and client services, community rooms, and more.
