The City of Lynn Planning Department created the South Harbor Implementation Plan (SHIP) to build on previous planning work in the neighborhood to better articulate the infrastructure investments needed to support future development. Over the past year, Lynn has made tremendous progress in bringing the SHIP to life.

Principal Planner Aaron Clausen & Associate Principal Planner Lauren Drago provided updates and possible next steps for the SHIP. The duo went over transportation access, provided updates on several developments on the South Harbor site, potential challenges, and more.
