From the City of Lynn Planning Department: SEB Lynn Harbor, LLC is proposing to convey approximately 8 acres of its contemplated mixed-use development to the community for use as a public waterfront park and promenade.

The Proponent is hosting the first of three public meetings virtually to provide a brief overview of the project, and engage the community seeking input to inform the design and programming of the proposed watertront park. This meeting is being held to ensure that the waterfront park meets the community’s vision and needs.
