From the Greater Commonwealth Virtual School: Greater Commonwealth Virtual School, a FREE MA Virtual Public School of Choice for grades K-12 for all Massachusetts residents, is currently accepting applications for the 2026–2027 school year.
GCVS is a public school and its own district. They offer:
- Live, teacher-led classes taught by MA-licensed educators for grades K–8
- Live or flexible learning options for grades 9–12
- A Dual Enrollment program for high school students in good academic standing, allowing them to earn college credits through Greenfield Community College
