Black History Month Flag Raising

From the City of Lynn: Join the City of Lynn in observing Black History Month!
The City of Lynn will raise a Black History Month Flag to commemorate the rich heritage, resilience, and enduring contributions of the Black community. The program includes local guest speakers highlighting this history.
There will also be a performance by the Poet Laureate, Michelle La Poetica.
