From The City of Lynn: The City of Lynn has completed a comprehensive rewrite of its citywide zoning ordinance, replacing our century-old code with a modern framework for the future.
This significant undertaking aims to guide the City’s growth and development for decades to come. The final adopted code and map are available to view and download below.
Modernizing the zoning ordinance is a major step in shaping a more vibrant Lynn, realizing the goal of positive growth articulated in Vision Lynn. The city now has a clear framework for more industrial and commercial growth while increasing transparency for residents and potential investors. This update strengthens Lynn’s ability to thrive in changing circumstances and helps ensure Lynn can meet the needs of today’s residents and future generations. The City of Lynn are incredibly grateful to all who provided their input and to the City departments that led this initiative.
