Below is a list of available sites and dates/times for COVID-19 vaccination and boosters in the City of Lynn. If you are aware of other information or vaccination clinics being offered that should be added please send an email to driley@lynntv.org with details.
LYNN CITY HALL

Please be advised that due to limited space and staffing capacity at this time, the COVID-19 vaccine and booster clinics hosted at Lynn City Hall are restricted for residents of Lynn and Nahant only. If you do not live in either of those municipalities, your appointment will be canceled or you will be turned away at the door. Thank you in advance. Walk-ins are limited.
Make An Appointment At City Hall or Call (781) 598-4000 and ask for the Department of Public Health Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 8:30 AM until 4 PM, Tuesday 8:30 AM until 8 PM, and Friday 8:30 AM until 12:30 PM. Representatives are available in English and Spanish.

North Shore Community College (NSCC) is reminding area residents that they can access no-cost COVID-19 vaccinations and testing right in their own backyard – at NSCC’s Lynn Campus, 300 Broad St.

Mass General Brigham Mobile Vaccine
71 Linden St.
Being held at the Brickyard Collaborative on Tuesdays from 2-6pm. This mobile vaccination clinic offers the J&J and Pfizer vaccines.
*No appointment or insurance needed. Anyone in the community can receive a vaccine or Booster Shot at this location. You do not have to be a Mass General Brigham patient.

TRANSPORTATION ASSISTANCE
MassHealth
If you have insurance through MassHealth, please call 1-800-841-2900 to schedule your transportation to your vaccine appointment. SCO, OneCare, and PACE should continue to use the transportation services offered by their managed care provider.
Greater Lynn Senior Services (GLSS)
Clients can call (781) 599-0110 to schedule transportation. You can also visit their website for the GLSS Mobility Links Service. The Travel Counseling Center is also available to assist Monday-Friday 9am-5pm by calling 888-499-5324.
The RIDE
The RIDE through the MBTA offers transportation for eligible clients as well
Who is eligible?
- People who have a disability (temporary or permanent) that prevents them from using traditional public transit.
- If you’ve had a medical emergency, your licensed healthcare provider can request thirty days of The RIDE for you that starts immediately.
- Out-of-town visitors with disabilities may also be eligible to use The RIDE.
Please visit the MBTA The RIDE website or contact the RIDE Eligibility Center (TREC) at 617-337-2727 to learn how to apply to the RIDE and to determine eligibility.

Homebound Vaccination Program
In-home vaccinations are for homebound individuals who are not able to leave their home to get to a vaccination site, even with assistance. These individuals require either:
- Ambulance or two-person assistance to leave the home, or
- Are not able to leave the home for medical appointments under normal circumstances, or
- Have considerable difficulty and/or require significant support to leave the home for medical appointments.
Organizations who support individuals who are homebound and may require an in-home vaccination may contact the State Homebound Vaccination Central Intake Line at (833) 983-0485. Monday-Friday 9 AM until 5 PM. The Intake Line is available in English or Spanish and will have translators available in 100 additional languages.

COVID-19 Scheduling 2-1-1 Telephone Line
- Dial 2-1-1 and select prompt for “Help Scheduling a Vaccine Appointment”
- Dedicated line 7 days a week to residents without access to the internet
- Live call center workers available in English and Spanish, and 100 additional languages will be available through translators.
