8th annual NSCC Champions Awards Breakfast

The North Shore Community College (NSCC) Foundation will hold the 8th annual NSCC Champions Awards Breakfast on April 08, 2025, 7:30 – 9:00 a.m. at Danversport in Danvers.

The prestigious Champions Award celebrates exceptional leaders who are transforming our communities and are dedicated to excellence in higher education and career pathways for residents of the North Shore and beyond.

Net proceeds from this event benefit North Shore Community College’s Here to Help program, providing emergency assistance and resources to students so they may overcome obstacles and complete their education.

“Our distinguished 2025 Champions Award Honorees are transforming the future of our communities and our economy through investment in higher education,” said John Fouhy, NSCC Foundation President.

The 2025 Champions Awards Honorees are: Bertolino Foods, in recognition of community impact; The Honorable Karen Spilka, State Senator and President of the MA State Senate, in recognition of public service and advocacy; and Richard and Margaret Bowen, in recognition of philanthropy and volunteerism. In addition, The Honorable Sean Reid, State Representative, NSCC Class of 2022, will receive the 2025 Rising Champions Award, in recognition of transformation and empowerment through community college education.

The 2025 Presenting Sponsors are Eastern Bank Foundation, AAM15 Management, Joel, Mary, and Ben Abramson, and James Horrocks, and the Platinum Sponsor for 2025 is Comcast.
